What is Let It Go Yoga Therapy?

Yoga and therapy blend naturally together to create an experience that is both calming and liberating.

Yoga engages the body as well as the mind in a way that common therapy techniques do not.

By accessing the innate wisdom and intelligence of the body, we are able to understand the deeper emotional and mental aspects of the mind.

Through a series of assisted yoga postures and breathing techniques, coupled with a specific process of gentle inquiry, yoga therapy will take you on a healing journey of self discovery. Relying on both the body and the mind, you will tap into your inner wisdom for insights and information. Your intuitive inner teacher will help you unlock and remove emotional blocks and mental resistance to persistent problems. A fulfilling life is our birthright, and that happiness and peace of mind are well within our grasp. Just as Lao Tzu suggests, all the answers lie within. Let It Go Yoga Therapy provides the means to finding them. Just as each individual is unique, so is each yoga therapy session. No two are exactly alike, even for the same person.

Many clients report feeling physically relaxed and emotionally balanced and calm following a session. They also describe a sense of clarity and empowerment and leave with a course of
action to apply to their daily lives.

Sue Anne Parsons is a Master Yoga Instructor and Certified Yoga Therapist. She has taught yoga and has certified yoga instructors for over 20 years.

In her work as a Let It Go Yoga Therapist, she has helped hundreds of clients to connect with their authentic selves, creating positive change in their lives.

- Your yoga therapy session is tailored to your needs and preferences.

- A typical yoga therapy session will last 11/2 hours.

- Sessions are given in the Let It Go Yoga Studio.

- Standard yoga clothing is most appropriate for your session.

- Single session $90.

- Series of six sessions $480 ($80 a session).
