NOTE: We will be closed from Monday, August 9 through Friday, August 20. Classes resume Monday, August 23.
All classes require advance reservations. Space is limited to 8 students. Class Fees are $20 single class, $90 for a series of six (or $15 a class). For students: $15 drop-in, $60 for six.

Let It Go Yoga -
Let It Go Yoga is a series of yoga postures that are practiced lying down.
Learn to slow down, relax on a deep level, let gravity help realign the spine and ease out pain and stress.
Basic Yoga -
Includes standing, seated, supine and inverted poses. Learn to work with yoga props, such as blocks, blankets, belts, chairs and the wall to help your alignment.
Flow Yoga -
is a more rigorous form. This style uses continuous, flowing movement combined with deep breathing.
Yoga for Lunch -
A special middle of the day practice designed to fit in your busy schedule.
Family Yoga -
Specially designed for Young Yogis and their Parents.
Restorative Yoga -
An approach to stress release with the use of yoga props. You will learn to go into deep levels of relaxation and free the body from pain.
